Cancellation policy
In cases where payment has failed during checkout, we will contact you to fix this, if we do not receive payment in any form or the customer refuses to pay the order will be canceled without notice, we usually allow 24 hours to complete payment before canceling an unpaid order.
Order placement obliges the customer to accept the products. ScandiShop may, at its own discretion, accept subsequent order changes or cancellations by the customer and invoice an inconvenience of 10% of the cancelled order value, but no less than CHF 5.–, as well as any value loss of the ordered products.
