Terms of service

These Terms & Conditions are undertaken on one hand by the company ScandiShop hereinafter referred to as "The Seller" and secondly by any person or entity wishing to make a purchase via the website www.scandishop.ch hereinafter referred to as "The Purchaser".
These conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between the purchaser and ScandiShop and the conditions apply to all purchases made through the website www.scandishop.ch.
The order implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, the recognition of having perfect knowledge and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.
ScandiShop reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the purchaser.

Products and Services

Products and services are those contained on the website www.scandishop.ch.
These products and services are offered within the limits of availability. ScandiShop reserves the right to change the assortment of products according to supply constraints.
Each product is described and pictured on www.scandishop.ch. In addition, the customer can contact us by email for more information.
The photos are not included in the contract. ScandiShop is not liable for errors in the descriptions or images.
All text and images presented on the site ScandiShop are reserved under copyright: This concerns both photos provided by different suppliers (and remain their property) or ScandiShop photos.
Our products are offered for sale while stocks last. If despite our vigilance, if items offered are unavailable, ScandiShop will inform the purchaser by e-mail as soon as possible. The purchaser can then elect to cancel or exchange the order by contacting ScandiShop at the following email address: [email protected].


All prices on our website are quoted in Swiss francs, including taxes, excluding postage.
ScandiShop reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, however only the prices listed on the site at the time of the order shall be applicable to the purchaser.


The purchaser, who wishes to buy a product or service must send us, via the form provided for this purpose, accurate and complete contact information, verify and validate the order and make payment as provided.
The order is considered confirmed once the confirmation email is sent to the purchaser by ScandiShop.
ScandiShop reserves the right to refuse any order deemed questionable or fraudulent or in case of default, including the refusal of the bank to honor the transaction or because of opposition made by the customer to the transaction, and, either before or after the conclusion of the transaction. ScandiShop will cancel the sale without notice or delay and in any case, require the customer's expense restitution of delivered products.

In cases where payment has failed during checkout, we will contact you to fix this, if we do not receive payment in alternate form or the customer refuses to pay the order will be canceled without notice, we usually allow 24 hours to complete payment before cancelling an unpaid order.

Order placement obliges the customer to accept the products. ScandiShop may, at its own discretion, accept subsequent order changes or cancellations by the customer and invoice an inconvenience of 10% of the cancelled order value, but no less than CHF 5.–, as well as any value loss of the ordered products.

Deliveries are made only in Switzerland at the address indicated by the purchaser in the order form.
All orders placed by our customers are processed by our team in the shortest possible time.
We do our best to send Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 the same day. Orders placed in the afternoon or weekend, will be sent the next business day.
We cannot be held responsible in case of Post delay.
If you do not receive a confirmation email from ScandiShop after payment of your order, please contact our team as soon as possible.

Upon receipt of the package

The Customer must check the condition of the packaging and contents of the goods.
Our goods travel at the risk of the recipient, our responsibility ceases upon shipment by the carrier. In case of loss, please contact us by email. In case of damage to the package, you must file a claim with the post and do not accept the package once you have made this claim.
Please note that all our items leave our premises in perfect condition.

Wrong address

If we receive your order back from the Post for a reason like: Unknown address, refused order, or another reason, the client will be refund or will receive a voucher.
The delivery cost (delivery and return = 8 + 8 = 16CHF) will be charge to the client. This amount will be deducted to the refund or the voucher amount.
We do not resend any order that is returned. The client will have to place a new order in our web shop.

Missing items

Despite the care taken in preparing the orders, it may occur that an item is missing.
The purchaser is obliged to check the contents of the parcel upon receipt and notify us within 3 days (by certified mail) in case of any error in his order.
After verification ScandiShop will refund the missing product as a gift voucher or will refund by re-crediting PayPal or via bank transfer (depending on the mode of payment by the purchaser) if the item is not in stock. If the missing item is in stock, ScandiShop will re-ship it.
Beyond 3 days of receipt of merchandise, no claim will be accepted and ScandiShop will be released from any liability.

Transfer of ownership - Transfer of risks

The transfer of ownership of the Seller's products, and the consequent transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the products relating thereto to the Customer, shall take place upon acceptance of the order by the Seller, evidencing the parties' agreement on the item and the price, regardless of the date of payment and delivery. The products travel at the Customer's risk and peril, who may, in the event of damage, make any claims to the carrier within 3 days of receipt of the package in accordance with the legal and regulatory conditions in force.

Returning Merchandise

ScandiShop wishes to guarantee the satisfaction of its customers.
If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you have 7 days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return non-edible product only. Any product returned must be in its original packaging (including instructions, booklets, etc.) i.e. in the condition in which you received it. It should not have been used or damaged. The return shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser.

Make sure to write your name, number of order and the reason why you are returning the non-edible product in the package.

Food products are neither taken back nor exchanged (for hygiene reasons).
Once we receive your package, we will check the condition of the returned product. If everything is in order, a gift voucher will be sent to you by e-mail for the value of the returned product.
The refund of the returned product is not possible.
Food products cannot be returned or exchanged (for hygiene reasons).
