Sky is used as a decoration on traditional Danish smørrebrød and is especially used on top of liver pâté, sausages, and roast pork.
With "sky" powder it is super easy to make your own "sky".

Ingredients: gelatin, salt, sugar, yeast extract, flavor enhancer (E621), color (E150c), aroma, acid (citric acid).
May contain: MILK, GLUTEN, EGG and CELERY.
