Handmade Danish quality. Bagsværd Lakrids Raspberry is made with raspberries in the well-known taste of Bagsværd.
The licorice has its characteristic flavor because it is made from the finest licorice powder and because it is created through the Maillard reaction, where milk protein and sugar react with each other in the pot. After boiling, the licorice is poured into molds, where it hardens overnight before being hand-cut and packed. The licorice is cut with a sturdy knife.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, sweetened condensed milk, fully hardened palm kernel oil, powdered raw licorice, raspberries: 2.4% raspberries (freeze-dried), vegetable emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides, ammonium chloride, sea salt, color: vegetable charcoal.
