Jyttemel is a high-fiber flour blend that is naturally gluten-free. This means it is made from ingredients that are naturally free from gluten.
Jyttemel is easy to work with and behaves like wheat flour. You can use your old recipes — just reduce the amount of flour. Use ¾ of the flour amount stated in regular recipes. Jyttemel is very efficient: 759 g is equivalent to 1 kg of wheat flour. Jyttemel is completely free from gluten, lactose, and soy. It is rich in dietary fiber and contains less fat but more potassium, calcium, and magnesium than wheat flour.
Ingredients: Rice flour (43%), whole grain buckwheat flour (30%), corn flour (21%), and psyllium husks. Thickening agents: locust bean gum, xanthan gum, and tara gum.
