Aalborg Porse Snaps originates from the Danish tradition of spiced schnaps - flavored with bog myrtle and seasoned with sherry and rosemary distillate. This schnapps is suitable for cheese, both blue cheese and traditional hard cheese. The bitterness is also an excellent  accompaniment to or as an ingredient in chocolate desserts.
