Duck Bouillon from Oscar is in granule form and has an authentic taste of duck. Duck broth is suitable as a flavoring agent and base when preparing soups, sauces, ragouts, pâtés, roasts and all dishes with duck or goose.
Preparation: The granules are added to boiling water or directly to the dish during heat treatment.
Ingredients: Salt, duck aroma, modified starch, 7.5% duck (duck fat, duck extract, duck meat) glucose syrup, sugar, chicken, caramel sugar, maltodextrin, rosemary extract.
Storage: Dry and not too hot.
