Bagsværd Guld Symfoni, 70g

 Licorice gets its unique flavor from exquisite licorice powder and the complex Maillard reaction, where milk protein and sugar meet in a perfect balance during cooking. The licorice is then shaped, solidifies overnight, and cut into pieces that are surrounded by a delicate layer of liquid chocolate. When the chocolate dries, Guld Symfoni is ready to be enjoyed as a heavenly taste experience. 

 Ingredients: Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), sugar, glucose syrup, sweetened condensed milk, fully hardened palm kernel oil, powdered raw licorice, salmiak, sea salt, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides, colour: vegetable charcoal. 

 Storage: Dry and not too hot.
