Simply mix the contents of one packet with 500 g of minced meat, such as pork, and add 200–250 ml of water. Stir well until the mixture binds, and it’s ready for frying – quick and easy.
Serve the juicy meatballs with new potatoes, tzatziki, and a fresh salad with feta for a tasty, summery meal.
