Møn biscuits are baked at the bakery on the scenic Møn. They collaborate with the local Bryghus Møn, from which they get mash and beer. Mask is boiled barley malt and a residual product from beer production. The mask gives the biscuits their unique coarse structure.
Serve the characterful biscuits together with an equally characterful cheese.
Ingredients: 36% RYE FLOUR, WHEAT FLOUR, 15% beer (water, yeast, hops, BARLEY MALT), rapeseed oil, sugar, 7% malted RYE FLAKES, coconut oil, 4% spent grain flour (BARLEY), dried WHEAT SOURDOUGH (WHEAT FLOUR, sourdough culture), raising agents (E500ii, E503ii), dextrose, BARLEY MALT, whey powder (MILK), salt, emulsifier (E322).
