Møn Rye Biscuits 200g

Møn biscuits are baked at the bakery on the scenic Møn. They collaborate with the local Bryghus Møn, from which they get mash and beer. Mask is boiled barley malt and a residual product from beer production. The mask gives the biscuits their unique coarse structure.

Serve the characterful biscuits together with an equally characterful cheese.

Rye biscuits with beer and mash

Ingredients: 34% RYE FLOUR, WHEAT FLOUR, 14% beer (water, yeast, hops, BARLEY MALT) 12% mash (BARLEY) palm oil, sugar, coconut oil, 7% malted RUG FLAKES, dried WHEAT YOURDOUGH (WHEAT FLOUR) sourdough culture, dextrose, leavening agents (E500, E503) BARLEY MALT, whey powder (from MILK) salt, emulsifier (E322)
