Dr. Oetker Guf for ice cream with strawberry flavor has an airy consistency and a nice pink color. The strawberry flavor is sweet and summery and brings to mind sunny days. Follow the instructions on the package and serve the delicious guf with ice cream and desserts. For example, try serving it to your guests together with a selection of delicious ice cream, waffles, whipped cream, freeze-dried berries and crumble. Preparation:
1 dl of water is poured into a mixing bowl. A bag of Guf is added and whipped with a hand mixer, first at low speed and then 4 min. at high speed.
Ingredients. Sugar, 5.2% EGG WHITE POWDER, gelling agent (carrageenan), natural flavoring, maltodextrin, acidity regulator (citric acid), beetroot juice concentrate, color (mixed carotenes), salt.
