Kammer junkere are small, crispy and sweet temptations. The small treats are a mix between a cookie and a tvebak. For many Danes, koldskål (a cold soup made on the basis of buttermilk) and kammerjunkere are the taste of Danish summer.
Try adding slices of fresh strawberries to the "koldskål" for a bit of extra flavor.
Ingredients: WHEAT FLOUR (EU), sugar, vegetable fat (rapeseed oil, palm oil), raising agents (E450, E500, E503), whey powder (from MILK), salt, aroma (vanilla).
