Karen Volf Makroner are classic cookies baked on sugar and egg whites and with the absolutely perfect crunchy taste. Use the makroner for a Danish apple dessert (æblekage) or in a fresh summer dessert with strawberries and elderflowers.
Ingredients: Sugar, EGG WHITE POWDER, WHEAT STARCH, dextrose, dried glucose syrup (WHEAT), raising agent (deer taxa salt), aroma.
