Spiced herring from Lykkeberg consists of herring fillets in a spiced brine. The flavour of the fillets is preserved through gentle maturation, and the meat has a beautiful, firm texture with a delicate and well-balanced spiced taste.
Ingredients: 36% traditional matured SPICED HERRING FILLETS (of which 89% HERRING, salt, sugar, spices), sugar, water, onion, vinegar, tomato puree, salt, spice extract, acidity regulator (E270), preservative (E211).
Net weight: 370g, Drained weight: 160g, of which approx. 135g herring.
Store at maximum +5°C.
Shelf life after opening: 14 days,
the herring should be covered with brine.
