Old-fashioned Matured Mustard Herring from Lykkeberg are herring fillets, matured in the old-fashioned way and seasoned with mustard.
Ingredients: 50% aged matured marinated HERRING pieces (of which 73% HERRING, sugar, salt, vinegar), rapeseed oil, 10% mustard (water, vinegar, MUSTARD SEEDS, salt), water, brown sugar (sugar, cane sugar syrup), EGG YOLK, salt, tarragon vinegar (vinegar, tarragon extract), acidity regulator (E296), turmeric, preservative (E202), curry blend.
Net weight: 350g, of which approx. 175g herring.
Store at maximum +5°C.
Shelf life after opening: 7 days,
The herring should be covered with dressing.
