Nørregade Blå Ugler (Blue Owls) are a true Danish sweet classic with their well-known blue colour and round, sweet liquorice flavour. For many, they bring back memories of childhood and youth, and they are among the most recognised sweets in Denmark. Blå Ugler can also be used for homemade alcohol shots, where the sweets are left to infuse in alcohol over time. But they taste just as good as they are – straight from the bag.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, ammonium chloride, flavouring, fully hydrogenated palm oil, water, colours: spirulina.
May contain traces of soya, wheat, barley, walnut, pistachio nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, milk and peanuts.
