Odense Soft Nougat is made to the trusted Odense quality standards that have brought a delicious hazelnut flavour to confectionery, desserts and cakes for generations. The hazelnut flavour and the sweetness of the nougat pair beautifully with the bitter notes of marzipan and chocolate. These flavour combinations work wonderfully in cakes, desserts and confectionery.
Please note that Odense Soft Nougat is sensitive to temperature. Depending on how you intend to use it, refrigerating the nougat before use may make it easier to slice.
Ingredients: Sugar, HAZELNUTS (33%), vegetable fat (fully hydrogenated palm kernel fat), lactose-rich, reduced-protein whey powder (MILK), cocoa mass, MILK SUGAR, fat-reduced cocoa, cocoa butter, emulsifiers (E322 (plant-based), E492 (plant-based)), natural vanilla flavouring, flavouring. May contain traces of almonds.
