Cut Rye Cores give your bread a bite, and the rye bread fullness and beautiful visible seeds.
Rye kernels should be boiled or soaked before use. The roller mill cut rye kernels are whole rye kernels which are cut across, and therefore give nice slices when you cut the bread.
Used mainly in wholemeal rye bread, but are also good in wheat bread.
