ODENSE Dark Overtræk is easy to melt for coating confectionery. It is an easy and safe solution when you need to make homemade confectionery. Overtræk do not need to be tempered. Overtræk can be melted simply at low heat in, for example, a thick-bottomed pot or over a water bath. Overtræk are easy to work with and do not turn gray after coating.Ingredients: Sugar, vegetable fat (whole hardened palm kernels) low fat cocoa, emulsifiers (E492 veg) sunflower lecithin, E 476 veg, natural cocoa aroma. In the aftermath of World War II, Toms sold candy to the U.S. Army in Germany. The Americans asked Toms if it was possible to make a bar in the style of those the soldiers knew from home.
