The taste is strong and with many flavors of Christmas and winter coziness, and can be enjoyed all year round. HC Andersen Tea is an adventurous blend of both green and black tea and one of Østerlandsk Thehus' classic blends. The composition of green and black tea makes it light and yet with a good fullness. The taste is soft, sweet, and slightly floral with the well-known bergamot taste. Brewing HC Andersen Tea is a combination of black and green tea. In order to achieve the most optimal taste and retain the tea's good properties as well as vitamins and antioxidants, the steeping time should be 3-4 min, and 100 degrees hot water is observed.
