Dill Dressing is known to be the perfect accompaniment to fish, but it also tastes great with vegetables and salad. Beauvais Cucumber Salad is made from lettuce cucumbers, which are harvested from April to September. The cucumbers stay fresh for a very short time, which is why we at the reception at Beauvais immediately start pickling, cutting them into slices and pouring them directly into glasses. In this way, it is ensured that the cucumbers are pickled while they are fresh, which gives the cucumber salad a delicious well-preserved crispiness.Beauvais Cucumber Salad has a slightly sour taste and works fantastically well on the traditional Danish hot dog or in a homemade burger. These delicious Asian gherkins from the delicatessen manufacturer Beauvais are aromatically pickled and crisply fresh. Pickled beets are a classic and a 'must have' in the fridge. Beetroot is a root vegetable that is closely related to a sugar beet, but the two are still very different - especially in taste. The taste of Beauvais pickled beets is characterized by a combination of sweetness and a slight acidity.The beets are harvested primarily in Denmark from September to December, pickled and subsequently quickly poured into glasses to preserve the freshness and the crispy bite. Beauvais Red Cabbage on glass has a characteristic sweet taste, which makes it good and well-balanced. The cabbage is harvested primarily in Denmark from September to November and is delivered almost daily on a tractor from the field to our factory in Skælskør. The red cabbage is processed soon after harvest to preserve the freshness of the raw material.Ingredients: Red cabbage, sugar, vinegar, fruit juice (apple, currant), salt.

Gløgg originates from Sweden and means 'warmed drink'. With Blomberg's Alkohol free Glögg, you will get the lovely taste of glögg, but without the alcohol. Blomberg's Alkohol free Glögg is a pre-mixed mulled wine made from cherries flavored with grapes, golden syrup, and traditional Christmas spices such as cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon. Kravlenisser (Crawling pixies) are drawn pixies, equipped with a balance flap, intended to be cut out and used as Christmas decorations. The small flap allows the pixies to "crawl" around on paintings and shelves at Christmas time. Kravlenisser were invented by the cartoonist Frederik Bramming, who published the first two sheets of crawling pixies in 1947.
