HC Andersen Tea is an adventurous blend of both green and black tea and one of Østerlandsk Thehus' classic blends. The composition of green and black tea makes it light and yet with a good fullness. The taste is soft, sweet, and slightly floral with the well-known bergamot taste. Brewing HC Andersen Tea is a combination of black and green tea. In order to achieve the most optimal taste and retain the tea's good properties as well as vitamins and antioxidants, the steeping time should be 3-4 min, and 100 degrees hot water is observed. The tea can is beautiful and colorful and decorates every kitchen. Piccalilly with finely divided cauliflower consists of 5 kinds of raw pickled vegetables; cauliflower, carrot, onion, leek and cucumber, which are pickled and put in Cervera's own mustard. Piccalilly is originally an English interpretation of pickled South Asian vegetables, where it was used to store vegetables for a long period of time. Cervera has a raw pickling method so that the vegetables retain their natural crispness and retain a bite as they are pickled without heating. In Piccalilly Findelt, the vegetables are cut into smaller pieces, but are still crisp and have a bit of a bite, which is why it is obvious to use as the main part in a home-made remoulade, where it is simply mixed with a little creme fraiche or mayonnaise.  Ingredients: 62% raw pickled vegetables (36% cauliflower, 12% cucumber, 6% onion, 4% carrot, 4% leek), 38% mustard sauce (vinegar, water, sugar, mustard flour, wheat flour, salt, coloring (beta barotene) , spices).

Tørsleffs Atamon should always be used after boiling, as the preservative loses its power at a temperature of 100 degrees and above.
